Terms of Service

1. Services

Cosmic Calibrations LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Structural Integration bodywork services. Our services are educational and therapeutic in nature, focused on fascial release, postural reorganization, and movement re-education.

2. Not Medical Care

Structural Integration is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. While our work can complement medical care, we do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment. Always consult your physician regarding any health concerns.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Package sessions are non-refundable but never expire.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and major credit cards. Package purchases must be paid in full at the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Calibrations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
